ABOUT US
Unbaited is a website that dives into the world of rage-baiting—the use of provocative and sensationalized content to cause negative engagement, unhealthy arguments, and mental stress.
Through infographics and a series of interviews, this project aims to expose how rage-baiting is made, its effect on social media users, the dangers of it, and ways to decrease its use with the hope of promoting digital media literacy, mindful social media use, and a healthy online community.
Mission
To raise awareness about the growing prevalence of rage-baiting in digital spaces and to empower individuals, especially young audiences, with the knowledge, tools, and emotional intelligence needed to recognize and respond to provocative content. We are committed to fostering critical thinking, promoting responsible media consumption, and encouraging constructive digital behavior.
Through informative resources, engaging content, and practical strategies, we aim to help users navigate the digital world with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Vision
A digitally empowered society where individuals are no longer easily manipulated by outrage-driven content, but instead are informed, emotionally resilient, and capable of engaging in thoughtful and respectful online discourse. Our goal is to contribute to a healthier digital culture, one that values truth over shock and mindfulness over impulsivity.
